		<description>touched myself went home slept with my girl friend then came back for more. I&#039;m an ex gymnast so cross training was a big deal in my life until I had to quit I really want to look like I did back then there isn&#039;t really much difference I&#039;ve just noticed I&#039;m starting to get weaker and lazier needed some motivation and this site slapped me in the face thanks. </description>
