This article reminds me of what my parents told me about their childhood. In the 50's and 60's they ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They never snacked and the very rarely ate out (2 reasons: fast food wans't as available as it is today and they couldn't afford it). But the most important thing is that when they were not eating one of their three meals, THEY PLAYED, ALL DAY. All they cared about was playing outside for hours at a time. And guess what: there were hardly any overweight people back then because of it. I would like to find articles on the typical lifestyle of the 50's and 60's. Something we all can learn from. Great Article!
