Get Ripped For Summer!
This is a quick blog post by my friends over at lifespotlight.com about how to get and stay lean for summer. I really like this post not because it’s genius… not because there’s some new “hot” workout shared… or some “amazing” new tip. But because it’s like, “hey stupid, remember me? Yeah I’m the BASIC’s that actually matter!!!” which is really cool.

Sly is a beast, as I’ve previously stated. And my awesome friend Yavor did a cool little post with a quick video of Sly working out for his new movie “The Expendables”.
For the record, I honestly can’t wait for this movie… like I mean… I can’t stand to think about it because just thinking about this movie makes me so pissed off that I’m not watching it right now that I want to start punching puppies, kicking kittens, and clubbing baby seals. Seriously.
Yo-Yo Weight Loss is Actually a GOOD Thing?
My pal Rusty over at fitnessblackbook.com put up an interesting post talking about how yo-yo weight loss was actually a healthy thing… and that it is how he stays so lean year round.

P.S. Rusty always gets bonus points for figuring out really clever ways to have either 1.) incredibly hot chicks in his articles or 2.) pictures of beautiful tropical destinations. I love them both.

I love the article on getting ripped for summer at lifespotlight.com. Its pretty simple: DIET: EAT WHOLE FOODS, WORKOUT: LIFT 3 DAYS A WEEK (M, W, F) AND DO HIIT (T AND R). Sounds familiar.
