Here’s the story…
I’ve been lifting weights since I was about 12 or 14 years old. Then I moved and started training Taekwondo 6 days a week, for about 5 hours per day (in truth: all this time wasn’t ME training, I’d teach classes right after school for about 3-4 hours then take my class at night)… but the point is… I stopped lifting weights on any set schedule.
