In this world, it is definitely each to their own and every guy and girl likes their own thing. Some guys like curvy some like slender. Today there are sooo many 'celeb idols' that we are told to conform to but I think we must cherish our unique physiques. It sounds a bit cliched but there is truth in the saying that, we cannot expect others to find us attractive until we find ourselves attractive. That US show 'True beauty' is showing over here in the UK right now. I catch the odd glimpse and it is quite funny (and a bit lame) in the way it tries to get classically good looking people to show their inner beauty. But it has some value I guess... We are all very sex obsessed these days, and I'm all for making the most of what you have and taking care of youself but at the same time, there is a hell of a lot to be said about 'inner beauty' too. So enough rambling from me....great workout suggestions for the ladies Caleb, I hope that guys and girls put enjoying their fitness first!!
