How To Get a Sexy, Strippers Body!

sexy-stripper-bodyHave you ever been to a strip club, seen a REALLY hot stripper and wondered: “How does she look so sexy, so toned, so good?”

Well, chances are if you’re a guy — you probably were thinking something TOTALLY different when you were stairing at the stripper climbing up a pole with nothing but her arms …

But if you are a girl (or a fitness nut like me) — you’ve probably looked at a stripper’s body and thought, “wow — how does she look so toned and sexy?”

And come one guys, you KNOW you’ve been impressed by the flexibility & strength of these girls before! How many of you could climb those poles like they do … do the splits … and all that other stuff — it’s like being a competitive fitness model — in high heels!

So I found this site (don’t ask how): and there’s a section here about how to get your body looking “right”.

Tell me ladies, isn’t this what you wanna look like?

“In the world of strip clubs the name of the game is low bodyfat. Sure some men like extra padding but no one likes cheese. It’s an unfortunate truth but the slimmer you are the more money you will make. You don’t have to be fashion model skinny but you do have to be tight if you expect to make good money.”

Sounds like a nice body tight right girls? Tight, no “cheese”, and maybe just a tiny bit of “extra padding” — but no more!

Let’s find out how they get’r'done!

Strippers Don’t Worry About Getting “Bulky”– They Strength Train!

Straight from the mouth of a world-class stripper:

“The most effective weight training exercises for woman are squats, lunges and stiff-leg or sumo deadlifts. None of these lifts should be done on machines- free weights only. Machines are no where near as effective. Train heavy and train hard. Yoga and dancing are both very catabolic activities (they break down muscle tissue) you will not get bulky.

I use the following:
Squats 3 sets of 20 reps, 120 seconds rest between sets.
Stiff-leg deadlifts 3 sets of 10 reps, 120 seconds rest between sets.
Rest 5 minutes
Dumbbell lunges 4 sets of 12 reps, 90 seconds rest between sets
Hanging crunches 4 sets 90 seconds rest between sets
The squats should be to failure, it should be VERY hard to hit 20. Like having a baby hard. Squats will make a bigger change in your physique then anything else.”

So I still think they may be a “little” scared about gaining weight because they probably believe the “high reps are for tone, low reps are for bulk” nonsense that so many people spew. But at least they’re doing the very best exercises!


They Don’t Do Much Traditional “Cardio”

Surprising, is the fact they don’t do much running:

“I do Ashtanga yoga four days a week, run one-day and weight training one day.”

This is good … because it’s a fact that too much aerobic training will only make you weaker, more fat, and put your body into “fat producing” mode — not to mention it’s really hard on all the joints & with general “wear & tear”.

They Like Yoga (I Do Too!)

As you can see, they do a lot of yoga. 4x per week baby!

This stripper chick mentions Ashtanga Yoga:

Ashtanga yoga is a system of yoga transmitted to the modern world by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.”

The thing about yoga is that you’re basically doing an hour of hardcore stretching, isometric exercises, and “modified” bodyweight exercises so it’s great for getting stronger. Mastering your own bodyweight and being able to control it should be the goal of anybody who starts working out!

Now the only thing left is for me to move next to a strip club because I have yet to meet a stripper at my yoga classes damnit!

So Don’t Just Dance Like a Stripper — Train Like One Too!

I know there’s some DVD’s out now, and even fitness centers that claim to get you into shape like a stripper by doing their dance moves, etc …

And while all that dancing is a lot of work, etc … training off the stage is just as important. Strength training, yoga and a little cardio thrown in will get you a sexy, strippers body in no time!
