If workouts 3x per week are good, 6x is better, right.  2 hours is better than 1, right. Thanks for the common sense background. 		<description>Great video, very helpful. I have a friend who&#039;s always shoving his muscles in my face(playfully) :P. However he&#039;s doing a lot of that &quot;bad&quot; stuff. Modeling Arnold Shwarzenegger, avoiding protein drinks/creatine because they are evil. I think your video is going to be vital in surpassing him lol. I used to drink skim milk, now I drink 1%...a lot of it. I put on 10 lbs in the last week, and it looks like all/mostly muscle. I didnt lose my abs. :D</description>

one comment and question... for someone that&#039;s lost a lot of weight IE: 250 LBS. TO 190 LBS.  what about still that layer of fat that&#039;s covering the torso.  I feel that this is a main concern for many that&#039;s not mentioned or addressed much.

While I have been following most of the tips for the past 6 months and have seen increase in my muscles (verified by before and after chest, bicep, etc measurement) I have also noticed that my body fat% has increased from 7.5% to 10.5% (callipers method)

Besides increasing muscle, I am more concerned about my abs visibility. I do weight training 3x/week and on the off days I do my ab workout. 

Should I also do interval cardio on my ab days after the ab workout?
Should I lower my calorie intake (currently at 2700/day)  to get my body fat% lower?
What is the optimal fat-protein-carb ratio for such goals?</description>
