Now I just treat it as practice and it helps, my mind just feels differently and I get the urge to get out there and practice not &quot;work&quot; out. 90% of the problem is just showing up. If people can begin to do the things to lose weight they will lose weight.  
I am a firm believer that thoughts follow action and if someone takes action to skip rope or jog or walk or ride a bicycle their thoughts will catch up with their actions and it will become a habit.
