		<description>Yep, men and women of all ages can burn fat and build muscle at the same time. A 2007 study from the Purdue University reported that men and women OVER the age of 60 were able to gain 4 pounds of lean mass and lose 4 pounds of fat after a 12 week circuit training strength program. No diet changes. No boring cardio.

Impressive stuff.
