Exercise Makes You Fat?
Time magazine published this article that has been controversial. The important points? Find out why exercise is not helping people lose weight, and don’t do that stuff!
Example: they say exercise stimulates hunger, so people end up eating more than they need after working out.
So don’t do that! I’ve shared before that people greatly overestimate how many calories they’ve burned and greatly underestimate how many calories they eat. So eat less!
