for each workout day, would you do the same exercises?

what if i chose 6 exercises and do 3 of them one day, and the other 3 the next day?
which day(s) would be the off day?

thanks.

Hey Caleb - very valuable information on this site. You have written it and compiled it very well. I hope that people repay you by signing up for the stuff on your site.

Should I change the 3 exercises I do each workout?

Could you give me a sample workout for Mon/Wed/Fri if I am going for lean and strong? This would help a lot.

Awesome program ,I have used this program and made huge muscular gains in a short time. I used to go the gym everday and could not figure out why I was not making good qaulity lean mass gains. The constant progression of poundages and proper rest is the key! I am a 50 year old man and found this program to get me back in the swing and proud to display my physique.

I like the idea of a full body workout. I have also have read that one key factor to getting ripped is muscle confusion. After a few weeks, wont your body get used to those 8 excerise you have listed which will then have no affect anymore? Are there more full body excerise i can add in later or a more advanced strength training in order to cut more fat and gain muscle? These are questions i was just curious on, i like all your articles i have read thanks for the help.

No, you should probably rest a day between ... OR .. .you could do like 3 days on and 2-3 days off, something like that would probably work too. Go with the lower volume version of the program and try it out.

No. Start with adding weight when you can get all your reps/sets. For beginners it might be every workout, then every week, then every month or two months ...
