		<description>Hi,  I&#039;m a 57 year-old very overweight woman who has 2 knee replacements.  I have been working out very hard for a couple of weeks now and eating 1200 calories a day.  I have lost only 2 lbs so far and am getting very discouraged.  I probably would have lost more if I just dieted and didn&#039;t work out.  I have been walking a mile and biking for 20 minutes 5 days a week.  3 days a week I do machines and the other 2 I do an aerobics or weight lifting class.  I always finish with 4 laps in the pool.  I really like your info but I can&#039;t run.  I do squats as best as I can.  And I can row.  Any ideas on how I can incorporate interval training into my routine.  I do feel great when I am done working out but when I get on the scale I get bummed out.  Thank you. </description>
