Specifically, you gotta squat and deadlift. Overhead presses or benching for the upper body … but PLEASE …
Take up squats and deadlifts!

Because your legs, thighs, hips and BUTT are going to look toned, tight and AWESOME afterwards!

Baby, take a look around you next time you’re at the gym. How many of those same guys do you see come into the weight room day after day … month after month … year after year … and they never get any bigger?
They all WANT to get “Bulky” … and they can’t even do while trying … do you really think you’re going to gain 20 pounds of muscle and turn into the Hulk just because you picked up a weight or two?
Just keep the reps and sets low … and the weight HIGH … do NOT drink a Gallon of milk a day … and at the most you’ll gain 2-5 pounds of muscle you should of already had (and in the right places I might add — the aforementioned butt region!)

You information is phenomenal, I’m glad I found it!!
The bodybuilder chicks who take steroids have really ruined it for alot of girls. They think they’ll get those freakish man-bodies from working out. So they run on the treadmill forever, or take up an ana/mia lifestyle. If only more girls would just hit the weights. If they would swap out their 1 HOUR treadmill work-out with a 10 MINUTE weight work-out (like 2-3 major weight exercises), it would be a good start. Then, if they’d ramp up their lean protein, and eat cleaner carbs (like sweet potatoes), many of them would start trimming down NATURALLY. It’s so ridiculous trying to get them listen to this, though. Most won’t listen, because much like guys, they think they know everything when it comes to getting in shape. The ones who let you break their habits and throw everything out the door that they know are the ones that actually listen and get good results. Shame, really…many more women could look amazing.
